We receive a referral fee from our partners when our users shop in their store. Then we share this referral fee with you - it’s just that simple.
What is Transaction history?
This is where you can see the purchases that you will receive cashback for. They can take up to 72 hours to appear in the list and 30-120 days to be approved.
How will I get my cashback?
When you reach 25€ you can redeem your cashback for cash. We offer the following redeem options: Bank transfer, PayPal and Amazon gift card.
Best practices for cashback
Accept the Cookies of the store and activate cashback as soon as we popup.
Make sure to activate cashback before adding any items to your cart.
Only activate the cashback in bestprice.com and no other cashback/rewards programs, nor use coupons from other sources.
Don’t use an ABlocker because this might affect the cashback since the store can’t see you were shopping with us.
If you use giftcards or store credit cards, we aren’t able to offer cashback.
If you return your product, we lose the referral fee and we can’t provide cashback.

Cashback and coupons (promotions, offers, coupon codes) are different. The coupons displayed on bestprice.com are either found on the internet or provided by stores in cooperation, and are exactly what you see on traditional coupon sites. However, cashback is provided by bestprice.com, paid by bestprice.com, and has nothing to do with the store you are shopping at.
Online stores pay us a referral fee when you use our service and we direct you to their website, and if you make a purchase on their online store. We share the fee directly with you—it's that simple. Therefore, cashback is an ADDITIONAL saving and does not require the use of a coupon code if you complete your order after activating it on bestprice.com
Whether a purchase qualifies for cashback or not is entirely at bestprice.com's discretion. If the store does not attribute your transaction to bestprice.com or does not make the payment to bestprice.com for any reason, bestprice.com reserves the right to cancel the cashback associated with that transaction. It is your responsibility to comply with the store’s terms and conditions, make an accurate transaction, and regularly check your account to ensure that the cashback has been credited and paid correctly.
Your order must be tracked by bestprice.com and then you will receive the cashback. If you report missing cashback, bestprice.com will investigate it in cooperation with the store where you made the purchase, but is not responsible for the final outcome. Please note that bestprice.com may not receive the referral fee, and you may not receive the cashback under the following circumstances:
- • You did not click the bestprice.com button to activate the cashback before the purchase.
- • You did not activate bestprice.com cashback with an empty shopping cart.
- • You used other cashback/rewards programs or coupons from other sources.
- • You used ad-blocking software or disabled third-party cookies.
- • You used gift cards or store credits to pay for your order.
- • You modified your order through the merchant’s website, email, or other methods.
- • There was an issue with affiliate technology or other reasons.
When you use two or more cashback programs, credit can only be attributed to one of us. We have no way of knowing which company will receive credit for your transaction. Before placing your order, confirm that bestprice.com is the only or the last cashback program you have activated.
Sometimes, we may not receive the referral fee when the item you purchased is not eligible with the store or for other reasons (including, but not limited to, region, promotion period). In that case, you are not eligible to receive cashback. Follow the merchant’s transaction policy to complete your purchase.
Cashback is only paid on legitimate transactions. bestprice.com may adjust your account for any cashback that bestprice.com, at its sole discretion, deems fraudulent, abusive, unethical, suspicious, or otherwise inconsistent with bestprice.com's Cashback Terms or any applicable law or regulation.
The cashback rate is variable, depending on your order amount, items, and purchase category, and in some stores, the country from which you place your order (based on IP). Sometimes, stores will provide us with detailed information on the different referral rates, but in other cases, unfortunately, they will not, so we may not be able to provide you with that information. We cannot track the SKU or items of your order, for now, so we cannot calculate your cashback until the store verifies your orders and informs us about the transactions.
Cashback amounts are based on the final amount of your purchase and do not include taxes, shipping, gift wrapping, discounts, credits, and extended warranties. If you returned the purchased item or canceled your order or reservation, the cashback will be canceled accordingly. Gift card purchases do not qualify for cashback. At our sole discretion, we may deduct cashback from your account to make adjustments for returns, cancellations, currency exchange rates, or other business policy reasons related to purchases in the cashback program.
